Defined by Jesus was created by Ian Rumsey, a registered psychologist, and pastor with a passion for seeing people transformed by the truth of who they are in Christ. With over 30 years of church-based leadership experience and more than 20,000 hours of face-to-face clinical consultation, Ian brings a rare depth of insight to personal and spiritual growth.

Our Philosophy: Fusing Theology and Psychology

We believe that true transformation happens at the intersection of faith and science. This course was intentionally designed from three key perspectives:

• Robust, Christ-centred theology.

• The best of current psychology.

• Extensive, practical experience in therapy.

Our goal is to provide "Psycho Education"—general educational material that gives you practical tools for your journey. We aim to take the powerful insights from thousands of hours in a consultation setting and bring them into a practical and accessible educational format for you.
